Villa Vittorio

Villa Vittorio has been filled with unique treasures sourced at flea markets and vintage shops ranging from Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States. Van der Ploeg has a keen eye for sourcing vintage pieces from all around the world waiting for the perfect project to land in. She believes items with a story are what gives a home a soul. And that is exactly what she did for Villa Vittorio, weaving stories and soul into this artist inspired home.

White hues

The ground floor has a more light and toned down atmosphere with soft whites, slightly tinted in different hues for each space. Combined with warm tones like burnt orange, ash red, camel leather and raphia, which pairs perfectly with the terracotta ceilings with wooden beams.

Complementing forms

For the items in this space we combined round with sharper shapes which create an interesting dialogue. The lines of the table and chairs refer to basic shape forms and complement each other, creating a playful balance.
