This is my most personal offering, combining 10+ years of experience in the professional creative world and the energetic gifts I’ve been honing alongside it.
As an intuitive creative with a deep understanding of energetics, psychospiritual practices, human behaviour and different healing modalities, I offer a space to be witnessed and to reflect back your unique essence.
We build a honest container, tailored to your needs and goals. Creating a safe space to reclaim what was always there, your true, authentic self. We bring movement where energy was not flowing. A space from which you can emerge grounded, excited and joyful moving forward.
This is deep personal transformation, done in a curious, creative and fun way.
How I work
I listen and highlight. I sense and reflect.
My intention is to help you see what is already there. Like the heart of a rose beneath its soft, fragrant petals, we build layers of protection to safeguard our inner essence. My work is to gently reflect, guide and remind you of that core. This is done through honest conversation, different modalities and creative tools to help you rekindle and express your fragrance.
I work with subtle energies. Your essence is the most subtle energy of all.

I am direct, honest and no-nonsense. Radical honesty and taking responsibility are needed. I create this space to bring movement so that you can hold and move from what moves you.

Everything you can imagine is real
when I first heard those words spoken by Pablo Picasso, they resonated in my bones. Every idea started as someone’s imagination meaning it becomes real the moment you take it seriously.
The work is recognising which vision you actually want to bring to life, turning down the volume of the inner critic so you can hear the voice of you. This container provides exactly that, the safe space and guidance, the opportunity and the support.
It is a process of communication, attuning to the right signal. You have far more authority over your own thoughts than you might think. You can observe them, talk back to them, argue with them. Which means you can also tell them: I hear you. I’ll take it from here. Which is when the alchemy happens and the fun starts.
This creative mentorship is built around you. We work with what you already have, your visions and aspirations, your blocks, your unclear feelings about your own direction and turn it into clarity and forward motion.

Tailored: the specific tools and modalities we use inside the container are personal to you, some modalities that inform my process other than my personal experience; parts work, the unshaming way, energies explained, brand positioning tools and much more.
